Add followers to the Helpdesk Team
It is really as simple as adding followers to the Helpdesk team. I am assuming that your Helpdesk team is already setup and you are either taking tickets via email or through your website and that your email is working. If you need help with that reach out to us and we can assist. But assuming all that is set up, go to your Helpdesk team through the Helpdesk App.
Scroll down to the bottom (or is it possible on a separate pain on the right if your screen in wide enough) and add any follower you want to be notified of new tickets added.
Just remember, do it do the Team, not a specific ticket.
