Jeff doesn't sleep. He's awake at 2:00 am sending emails with solutions to the questions of the day. Jeff will tell you he almost failed out of the engineering school at Purdue University, but we all know he was the guy in front of the class with all the answers. His curiosity and desire to find efficient solutions drive him, and Jeff always figures things out.

With a Mechanical Engineering degree from Purdue (Go Boilermakers!) and an MBA from Mercer, Jeff started his career consulting on Solomon Software in his hometown of Findlay, OH. Findlay is also where Jeff met our co-founder, Mike Hong.  They have been friends for over 30 years. Throughout his career, Jeff has utilized multiple ERP applications to serve his clients.  He has focused on Acumatica, Dynamics SL, Siebel, Microsoft CRM, and now Odoo.  Jeff is a problem solver at heart.  Ever the engineer, he appreciates Odoo’s flexibility for its ability to precisely meet the needs of our clients.

When he's not engineering new ideas in the office, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.  In his free time, Jeff enjoys woodworking and taking his family boating on Lake Lanier.

Shelley Schultz,

Managing Partner

Shelley is our guru when it comes to good planning and organization. If you ask, she will tell you she majored in Organization (something to do with buckets and numbers) at Longwood University, but for some reason her diploma says Accounting

Shelley's career began in corporate accounting at a time when IT management fell on most accounting departments. While she served as a Corporate Controller and Director of IT, she quickly realized her heart was in software consulting. As a consultant and project manager, Shelley has helped countless clients implement, repair, and optimize their business processes and ERP systems. Many clients and friends call her Mary Poppins because magic seems to happen when Shelley shows up with her spoonful of sugar and magic bag of tricks.

When she's not busy herding Team Talus into a straight line, Shelley is a children's book author, wife, mother of two human girls, and two mischievous Boxer dogs. She's an active volunteer within her community serving as Director of Cheerleading for Trojan Youth Athletics and as the High School Cheer Booster Club VP and Chairman of Fundraising.

Mike Hong, 

Technical Director

Mike sits quietly in the back of the room, but don't let his quiet nature fool you, he's always three steps ahead. He's a man of few words so when he does speak be sure to listen; he'll have something important to contribute.

Mike earned a BS in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) and an MSM–Information Systems from the Weatherhead School of Management (CWRU).   Weatherhead gathered the brightest minds from the Marketing Department to come up with a more impressive-sounding degree and so the MSM-Information Systems degree was rebranded to MSM-Business Analytics. 

Mike started his career in the highly structured world of IBM as a Project Manager.  He later moved his skillsets to several smaller corporations and the independent consulting world.  He enjoyed his time at these diverse companies and is proud of his efforts in helping his customers from small start-up companies to Fortune 100 companies in industries such as banking, government, call centers, and energy.

When you do get Mike talking, he'll tell you some great stories about his childhood buddy, Jeff. Mike is a husband, father of two active teenage boys, boy scout troop Treasurer, and collector of high-end sports cards and memorabilia
